The September photo challenge at Rock the Shot is a black and white portrait.

This image was done over the summer of sweet little Elise. She is currently living in Alaska and I was excited to have a chance to take photos of her and her big brother while they were visiting family. She is a beauty and sweet as can be! :)

Greg and Helen tied the knot!

This couple, along with their gorgeous kids, family and friends, were so much fun to work with. I’m fairly certain that Helen was the most laid back bride in history of weddings. They had an outdoor ceremony in the country on breezy (really pretty windy actually), but beautiful September day. The bridal party kept us laughing and the kids were sooo good about having photos done! I can’t say enough good things! Thanks for asking me to be your photographer guys!

Sweet Siblings

It was so much fun to work with these sweet siblings. Their grandma asked me to meet them at the covered bridge on our local bike trail. I have never done a session there, so I was excited for a new location and new clients. Little Blake didn’t have much interest in smiling until Grandpa broke out the snacks; grapes did the trick. Carmen was happy to strike a pose and looked super cute in her awesome boots. It was an extremely hot day as well and they were both troopers! J

Destiny ~ Senior

Meet Destiny!!

I got to spend a very warm, but great afternoon with this gorgeous gal and her Mama. We started the session at the Spillway Lodge (Amazing food….hubby and I went there for our New Years Eve dinner!), then we headed over to a nice shaded creek. The area was gorgeous and the water was a nice way to cool off a bit.
