Reece is 2!

This rambunctious little fella is Reece and these are a few of his 2 year old pictures. Reece’s grandpa, Bob, is a friend of mine. We worked together at the police department until just a few months ago when he retired. Bob contacted me for some photos and of course I was happy to help him out. We met up at the railroad tracks then headed to the new home that Bob and his wife just purchased. There we did a few pictures on the 4-wheeler and by the pond. It was a bit chilly that day, 40 degrees at the start, but Reece handled it really well and we managed to get some really cute shots! J

In this photo, he was holding a half eaten hashbrown. It made him smile. lol :)

I was really excited to use my new old desk for the first time with this shoot.
I just bought it a month ago. :)
 He loves the 4-wheeler :)

He also really loved this random metal plate on the tracks. He was dancing on it! :)

Meet the Perry's!

Meet the Perry’s!
This is my cousin Daniel, his wonderful wife, Carrie, and their 3 munchkins, Colleen, Caitlin, and Sean. I have done all three of the kid’s newborn pictures, but this is the first time that I have done family pictures for them. As you can imagine, getting a 4 year old, a 2 year old, and a 4 month old to all look at the camera at once can be tricky. The girls are seasoned professionals at having photos taken, so it went pretty well. J
The photos were taken at Caesars Creek Dam and we had a really beautiful evening for it. Carrie had some cute ideas that she found on Pinterest that we attempted to replicate and of course I had some creative freedom as well.
Enjoy! J

Lol, they totally did the head tilt on their own! :)

Absolutely love this picture! Sean's lip is perfect! :)

Daniel and Carrie will be married 8 years in May! :)

This is one super cooperative 4 month old! Isn't he sweet?!

I'll admit to stealing this idea. I saw a shot of country singer Josh Turner with his 3 children like this and I have always wanted to do a similar one. Also, Carrie is standing behind Baby Cait holding her safely on daddies shoulders. I edited out her legs. :)
